Crew Member- Maintenance Division
Position Statement For:
Crew Member - Maintenance Division
Reports To: Maintenance Crew Leader
Required Result: I am accountable for producing the following result:
As an entry-level position, the maintenance crew member is responsible for assisting the crew leader and owning the specific daily production duties at Client properties.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform Villwock’s Outdoor Living's difference by delivering top-quality, professional work on all jobs.

Work safely with no accidents.
-
Own your job site, tools, and crew vehicle.
-
Produce the desired level of maintenance within the hours budgeted.
-
Assist the Crew Leader in loading and unloading of vehicle(s).
-
Act as a spotter for the crew leader when reversing vehicles.

Grow your skills and knowledge of the company and the industry.
-
Work well on a team, using skills and knowledge gained by experience, industry certification, or a degree, to maintain client landscapes.

Safely operates equipment as directed, observing all safety regulations prescribed by Villwock’s Outdoor Living and the equipment operator’s manual.

Learn and live out the VOL Fundamentals.

Read and follow Villwock’s Outdoor Living Employee Handbook.

Ability to maintain Client Landscapes at the highest level of quality.

Required Skills and Experience
High school graduate preferred, not required.
1 year of practical industry experience preferred, not required.
Has great customer service skills.
Is self-motivated.
Has a great, positive attitude.
Has a professional demeanor in dress, speech, and personal conduct.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to follow directions.
Clear knowledge of the VOL Difference.
