Irrigation Tech- Maintenance Division
Position Statement For:
Crew Member - Maintenance Division
Reports To: Maintenance Crew Leader
Required Result: I am accountable for producing the following result:
As an entry-level position, the maintenance crew member is responsible for assisting the crew leader and owning the specific daily production duties at Client properties.
Irrigation Tech
Core Responsibilities

System Installation: Lay out and install PVC or poly pipes, valve manifolds, sprinkler heads, controllers and timers.

Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot leaks, replace broken heads, repair wiring, and fix irrigation controllers.

Seasonal Service: Execute spring start-ups and fall winterization (blow-outs) to prevent damage.

Water Management: Adjust systems to maximize efficiency and reduce water waste.

Equipment Operation: Use trenchers, pipe pullers, and hand tools safely.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-voltage wiring, plumbing, and hydraulic principles.

Experience: Previous experience preferrred in irrigatoin or landscaping required

Physical Ability: Capability to dig, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues with minimal supervision

License: Valid driver’s license required
