Landscape Account Manager
We are also hiring a Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients and grow new accounts.
This role is all about client experience, communication, and ensuring high-level service delivery.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage a portfolio of residential & commercial accounts
• Conduct site visits and maintain regular client communication
• Identify enhancement opportunities and upsell services
• Coordinate with operations to ensure quality and execution
• Proactively solve problems and exceed client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or service management (preferred)
• A proactive, ownership mindset
